We know that TV advertising works, but without the perfect audio mix, even the best TV spots fail to get the results you expect. At Voodoo Sound, we've had 30 years of first-hand experience in selecting the right voice, recording, editing and mixing the final track to OP-59 compliance for clients ranging from major internationals to small films created by first-time directors.

We also give you the flexibility of directing the voice over session from your desk, the beach (anywhere you can access a phone, pc or tablet),  or we can take care of the entire process, and deliver your quality audio on time and on budget directly to your inbox.

“I've always believed audiences are moved and excited by what they hear in my movies at least as much as by what they see."
George Lucas

Case Study: NEP

The Brief:

Our client NEP Australia had been engaged as the company to provide coverage of the 2018 Commonwealth Games. As part of their commitment, they were to supply Pre-Produced colour packages for partner stations to use as part of their games broadcast.

Voodoo Sound was commissioned to provide the audio mix for the packages, and work commenced at a blistering pace. One particular Saturday morning, a piece of work that had been mixed and mastered the day before was sent back for revision for continuity reasons upon review by senior producers at NEP. The work was due to be delivered to broadcast partners that afternoon.

The Solution:

After a frantic phone call, Voodoo Sound went to work. We were able to make the necessary dialogue edits and return the audio within an hour.

What They Said:

"The piece on Chekole was really important, but it had been filmed on different days and with different mics!!

His dialogue was already hard enough to understand and was rejected by the client on numerous occasions. It was a tight result, but Voodoo Sound saved the day"
